Trumann Medical Marijuana Doctor

AR MMJ Cards provides medical marijuana cards to residents of Trumann, Arkansas. Trumann is located on I-555 approximately ten miles of Jonesboro. With a population of approximately 7,250 residents, Trumann is the largest city in Poinsett County.

The area’s hardwood trees gave rise to Trumann’s timber industry and sawmills. One of these sawmills eventually Poinsett Lumber and Manufacturing Company and later evolved into the Singer Sewing Machine Cabinet Company.  Other industries made their way to the town following the development of the Saint Francis and Mississippi levee systems, and Trumann’s location on I-555 has contributed to its continued success. I-555 offers convenient interstate access to larger cities with a multitude of educational, professional, medical, and entertainment options.

Trumann citizens enjoy the community’s library and museum, as well as seven parks and ball fields.  The town also offers recreation andmeeting facilities, a splash pad, a 9-hole public disc golf course, and a private 9-hole golf course. The town continues to encourage economic development through its Industrial Development Commission and its Chamber of Commerce. Improvements in infrastructure and city services continue to grow, as well.

Trumann is proud of its educational facilities and opportunities; Truman’s school district was first in the state to offer one-to-one technology for its students through a partnership with Apple. The Trumann school district has three campuses: Cedar Park Elementary, Trumann Intermediate School, and Trumann High School. Arkansas State University is located in nearby Jonesboro. ASU offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs, including a medical doctorate. The University of Memphis is approximately one hour’s drive and offers additional educational opportunities.

Loves of the outdoors in Trumann enjoy fishing on the St. Francis Lake and River. Located just outside the city and extending more than thirty miles along the St. Francis River Floodway, this area is referred to as the St. Francis Sunken Lands Wildlife Management Area. The area has become well-known for waterfowl hunting and fishing.

The AR MMJ Card process: a potential patient will submit the patient information form found on our website and upload a record of a qualifying condition. Within one business day, the patient will receive a phone call to schedule a concierge appointment. Visits generally take about 15 minutes, but extra time is reserved so the doctor is able to answer any questions the patient may have. Upon conclusion of the certification, the patient will receive the Physician’s Written Certification required for a State-issued medical marijuana card. We guide every patient through the process of applying with the state of Arkansas, once you have received your medical recommendation from AR MMJ Card’s concierge physician.

For patients without documentation of a qualifying condition, an appointment will need to be scheduled with our concierge service to confirm qualification for $100 before proceeding with medical marijuana card certification. Per HIPAA regulations, any information obtained between a physician and a patient in a bona fide medical arrangement is completely confidential and private. This is known as Protected Health Information and a third party can only obtain it with the written consent of the patient. Qualification is not guaranteed. Qualifying is based on the doctor’s determination, qualifying conditions, and a patient’s complete medical history.

AR MMJ Cards (Arkansas Medical Marijuana Cards) was founded by Dr. Daniel Whitelocke to ensure patients receive quality care and have access to alternative medicines including medical cannabis. After extensive research on the benefits of medical marijuana card programs in other states, Dr. Whitelocke decided he wanted to help patients by offering affordable medical cannabis card certifications. Rather than having patients experience the inconvenience of a long clinic wait and added cost, Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card services are brought directly to the patient.

Dr. Whitelocke is the only MMJ Card certification that offers mobile medical marijuana cards – he or his team can meet at a home, office, favorite coffee place, or other location that is convenient for the patient. It is important to note that AR MMJ Cards does not carry ANY form of marijuana products nor do we sell any form of THC-containing products in our mobile clinics. These products can only be obtained legally from a licensed Arkansas dispensary.
