Centerton Medical Marijuana Doctor

AR MMJ Cards provides medical marijuana cards to residents of Centerton, Arkansas. Centerton is a commuter city to nearby Fayettville and Springdale. Originally a railroad stop and an apple processing center, Centeron is now home to more than 14,000 residents. The city was nicknamed the “Apple Capital of the World” when its apples won prizes at the 1900 World’s Fair in Paris, France.

The Wild Wilderness Drive-through Safari is located about 15 miles west of Centerton in Gentry, Arkansas. Residents of the area and visitors can enjoy seeing lions, tigers, jaguars, and leopards, as well as water buffalo, camels, and zebras. The park also has rhinos, hippos, deer, alligators, boa constrictors, and a large variety of primates.

Residents can also enjoy a bit of adventure by exploring the Old Spanish Treasure Cave in Sulphur Springs, 15 miles west of Centerton. Legend has it that Spanish conquistadors hid their gold in the cave more than 350 years ago and that it remains to be found. Guided tours, cave movie showings, and panning for gem stones, crystals, and fossils are all activities offered at the Old Spanish Treasure Cave. The cave stays 56 degrees year-round.

Another place of historic interest is the War Eagle Mill, 25 miles west in War Eagle, Arkansas. The first mill was built in 1832. Over the years, it has been destroyed three times: once by flood and twice by fire. It was last rebuilt in 1973. The mill is now the only working watermill in the state of Arkansas and houses a store and restaurant called “The Bean Palace.”

Located in nearby Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is a top-rated museum, with pieces by Gilbert Stuart, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Kehinde Wiley, in addition to architecture designed by Moshe Safdie. The museum also includes the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Bachman-Wilson House, as well as a Fly’s Eye Dome structure by R. Buckminster Fuller. Surrounded by five miles of nature trails, Crystal Bridges draws both residents and tourists from across the world.

The AR MMJ Card process: a potential patient will submit the patient information form found on our website and upload a record of a qualifying condition. Within one business day, the patient will receive a phone call to schedule a concierge appointment. Visits generally take about 15 minutes, but extra time is reserved so the doctor is able to answer any questions the patient may have. Upon conclusion of the certification, the patient will receive the Physician’s Written Certification required for a State-issued medical marijuana card. We guide every patient through the process of applying with the state of Arkansas, once you have received your medical recommendation from AR MMJ Card’s concierge physician.

For patients without documentation of a qualifying condition, an appointment will need to be scheduled with our concierge service to confirm qualification for $100 before proceeding with medical marijuana card certification. Per HIPAA regulations, any information obtained between a physician and a patient in a bona fide medical arrangement is completely confidential and private. This is known as Protected Health Information and a third party can only obtain it with the written consent of the patient. Qualification is not guaranteed. Qualifying is based on the doctor’s determination, qualifying conditions, and a patient’s complete medical history.

AR MMJ Cards (Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card) was founded by Dr. Daniel Whitelocke to ensure patients receive quality care and have access to alternative medicines including medical cannabis. After extensive research on the benefits of medical marijuana card programs in other states, Dr. Whitelocke decided he wanted to help patients by offering affordable medical cannabis card certifications. Rather than having patients experience the inconvenience of a long clinic wait and added cost, Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card services are brought directly to the patient.

Dr. Whitelocke is the only MMJ Card certification that offers mobile medical marijuana cards – he or his team can meet at a home, office, favorite coffee place, or other location that is convenient for the patient. It is important to note that AR MMJ Cards does not carry ANY form of marijuana products nor do we sell any form of THC-containing products in our mobile clinics. These products can only be obtained legally from a licensed Arkansas dispensary.
